    Why mcafee

    why does mcafee upate it's self so much it doesnt even improve any thing is there something better then this program

    I don't like Mcafee at all. I've had a bad experience with it. Anyway, you can try using Norton. In my opinion, it is slightly better than Mcafee, but you have to know how to set up in a way that won't interrupt certain programs.

    im using Macfee now far about a year... and working good for my system...
    the coolest thing that i found in the macfee that like others it don't slow down your system...

    doesnt it..? thats good cause last time norton slowed down my system alot and had to format it....

    Norton is far better than McAfee. I don't like McAfee

    I don't like both of them - resource hungry. The worst is Symantec.

    After I switch to NOD32 my system really zipped through. Updates and scanning is fast. Give it a try.

    Another is AVG - very light on system resources.

    I am having some tough time with it too.It updates everyday but doesnt show in the control panel.It sucks this days.Norton is much better.
