There are so many tricks to increasing traffic on blog . First things matter of your content that obtain main traffic on content and other things are to on social sites like as facebook , Twitter ,Digg etc.

Here is my tips

1. Regional Content = Write content for targeting your area/city/state/country. Here you can gather much traffic whereas if you target worldwide area then you have to fight with many sites.

2. Choose regional keywords = Always put your city, state, country name in keywords, it shows google about your citations and you get more traffic.

3. Write for users = do not write for google bot, write informative content for users.
