i dont think skins really matter with any CP, only because it is a control panel tho, not a website.

Yeh but the skins make the userbility...

you ouldnt like your clients swearing out of their minds at their PC and you in general everytime they got annoyed with the layout of their CP...

I'd say cPanel is perfectly, it's much more simple to use than the others and has more choices than plesk. I've tried them both, but the position was an old edition, so maybe that matters for something.

cPanel currently supports clustering for DNS purposes only. There is support to host your databases on a remote MySQL server, however beyond that, there are no native options that allow for mirroring of your websites. I recommend searching our forums for "mirroring" and "high availability" for custom solutions that other users may have implemented. There are lots of discussions about the best ways to do this. EX:

Load Balancing Between 2 cPanel Servers
    Load Balancing
    Load Balancing Servers
    cPanel Load Balanced Servers

Also, feel free to add your input to the following active feature requests:

    Active Redundancy or High Availability
    Build in Load Balancing
Graphitii - Stronger software making video online

According to me, cPanel is not a wise choice for someone who need to "admin" servers. Aspirant admins are losing command line and scripting skills as they are getting reliant on the graphical user interface. Another problem with cPanel and other control panels is that it makes it simple for people who have little knowledge about servers to start a new business there by risking their capital as well as creating low-quality startups.
