    Water fasting

    Hi, guys. I want to start water fasting. But I am afraid that due to an extreme calorie restriction, water fast can cause weakness, dizziness, and fatigue. What do you advise me?

    As for me, I have tried water fasting for more than 3 years. Only during the first try, I felt fatigued but the results were amazing. So don`t hesitate!)

    Losing weight is not always easy. There are many factors that can affect.
    It is very important this is proper nutrition and regular training. Yes, during the quarantine period the gyms were closed. Someone couldn't train.
    I train at home. My workout involves exercises on the muscles of the press, legs, arms and other muscle groups.
    Video fitness lessons I found on YouTube. With the help of youtube converter I downloaded the video. These are different videos separately for each muscle group.
    Next I compo my workouts. Your workouts should not be the same

    I think that it is better to loose weigh with more traditional methods.
