    A Pseudo element is the used to address the sub parts of the element. It is the keyword which is added to selector that specifies the special state of selected element. It also allows you to insert the content onto the a page from CSS. It also creates the abstraction about the document tree beyond those specified by the document language.

    CSS Pseudo Elements is a certain part of an element. It allow us to apply styles to certain parts of html elements and generate contents dynamically at run time. The name of the pseudo class is preceded by two colons.
    common pseudo elements:
    * ::before
    * ::after
    * ::first-letter
    * ::first-line
    * ::selection
