www.serviceuptime.com allows free 30 min monitoring now. Those who need free monitoring may consider this one as I think it is very reliable and have many cool features. I've been using them for half a year.

siteuptime is good. uppanel sent me about 20 alerts one day when my site was available. Most likely there was some connection problem on thier network. serviceuptime still have more locations so there is a chance it is more efficient and detects outages better. Plus many other good features on free account.

there is also some others like alertra - paid. and hosttracker - free but checks only http.

Hello,

Why try a free 30min uptime service when you can a most accurate 1min interval free uptime service. Try this if you don't believe me --> www.host-tracker.com

yeah there are a lot of website-monitoring services but it truly is annoying when they send you alerts even when your site is up. They've definitely got to be reliable/around for a while...

Too accurate I'd say :D I recently came accross the post where pal had 101% uptime according to host-tracker. He also disclosed the info he was feeding the server with carrot to have such uptime.

jaguard requires link back for that 30 day 10 min monitor. I tried the service though. thanks.

www.siteuptime.com added content monitoring now for extra $5/mo. www.serviceuptime.com has lowered the prices and 3 ten minute monitors are $4.95/mo now.

serviceuptime.com and www.alertra.com are reporting of reseller accounts being available soon. That's all news for today :)
