he's just looking for someone to split the initial costs with.. which will in turn get the profit split.. alot of people do it if they want people to be interested and to help out etc..

i would do it.. but im going solo ;)

im looking for someone to split costs with, im not really into it for the profit..so my share of profit would go back into making the hosting better... someone that wants to envest from 30-80 dollars a month is someone im looking for. Im experienced in webhosting and I am on a lot so until my profit can afford to buy whm autopilot, i can setup accounts within two hours.

I suggest you start on your own first, since you already paid for the plan anyway. Then when you want to expand, that's when you can get a partner. Get a personal friend, someone you know personally and can contact anytime. That way, you can be sure he won't be leaving you hanging.

i think you should start your hosting company as a reseller first.
As the number of clients increase, then you can consider to host a server yourself.

you must look for any reliable webhosting company from google search engine and select one of them as per your requirement and budget
