i guesse thats true... getting the server running the server on the net and running hosting is the hard part.. as everyone has their own comp, and they manage with that

its hard to get a fast connection (i have a hard time with my t1 sometimes) then if you give hosting and someone messes up a cgi or requests an installer (ioncube ect.) you have to know how to do it. I run a "on-the-side" server with a domain so i can test my skills.... learn linux or freebsd, then get a server...windows is 300% SLOWER than linux and linix is 3x slower than freebsd...
